PARENT INVOLVEMENT POLICY

Parents, Your Attention Please !!

The partnership of parents and teachers is vital for all-round growth and development of children.The primary role of the academy is to support the preschoolers to achieve and arrive at their developmental milestone with ease.
Today it is generally accepted that when parents express confidence in the school and are involved with it in some way,their children are likely to be happier and perform better in classroom.When young children see their parents and teachers sharing common goals,belief and attitudes they feel more secure and more purposeful.

Parent Teacher communication:

Parent teacher communication would be possible through:

• Specially by Prior Appointment: You can meet teacher,principal/counsellor with prior appointment.
• Open Houses: Open Houses are days on which teachers,principal and counsellor would be available during a stipulated time.The agenda of the"Open House"is to discuss the progress of your child.
• News Letters: From the 25th of the current month to 2nd of the next month the academy releases Newsletters for the parents.The Newsletter has a monthly planner along with the explanation of upcoming activities and programmes.

• Telephonic Conversation: Parents can make telephonic conversations once a week if need be.This can be done ONLY after the children have left for home.

Timings for telephonic conversation are:

After 3pm for Jr.Kg and Sr.Kg.
After 4pm for Nursery and Play Group.
Telephonic conversations cannot be made during class hours with teachers as teachers are busy with children and entertaining calls and disturbing them is taking away quality time off your child's schedule.
